Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Enhance onboarding experiences for seamless employee integration.
- Lead initiatives for learning, development, and internal mobility.
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving concerns proactively.
Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Performance & Rewards:
- Manage the performance appraisal process and assist managers with performance improvement strategies.
- Implement compensation strategies that reward high performance and align with market trends.
Organizational Development:
- Lead engagement and culture-building initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Execute interventions for organizational effectiveness and change management.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions.
- Provide insights on talent gaps and workforce optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred from Premium B Schools).
- 1+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an HRBP.
- Proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
