Job Summary:

A motivated and experienced Assistant Manager (Semi-Qualified CA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and data entry in Tally. This role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Tally.
• Prepare and file tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team for effective financial planning and analysis.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Stay updated with tax regulations and accounting procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax-related matters (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and audit processes.
