Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Inputs for TDS Payments & TDS Returns.
• Filing of TDS Returns and generation of Form 16 & 16A and circulating with the team
• TDS Reconciliation with books and Returns.
• Inputs for GSTR 3B & Reconciliation with GSTR 2B
• Filing of GST Returns such as GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9 etc.
• Reconciling GST Entries passed and comparing system reports to balances
• Keeping track of Unmatched GST and make necessary follow-up with the Team.
• Preparation of Other Reports relating to TAX function as per Audit / Management Requirements.
• Preparation of Monthly Schedules relating to GST & TDS.
• Preparation of Form 15CA for Foreign Remittances.
• Passing Month End Taxation Entries.

Skill Set:

• Good Working Knowledge in MS Excel
• Experience in a large organisation would be an added advantage.
• Should have good knowledge of related TDS sections, GST regulations & other statutory compliances.
• Quick learner and a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with the team currently in place.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
• Professional written and verbal communication skills and has the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, independent, and focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
