Job Title:  

Manager / Asst Manager –Taxation

Job Summary:

1      To ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 2A, ISD and 3B Returns) and make GST payment on or before due date of all India Group Companies  -

• Resolve queries of Consultant and implement necessary changes in system if required.
• Matching Input Register with GSTR2A and provide ITC details to Consultant.
• Prepare E-invoice reconciliation and coordinate with system team for variance resolution

2      GST Audit -  Form - 9 & 9C

• Provide data, coordination and resolution of queries raised by GST Auditor.

• Review and reconcile various reports and details.
•  Review Final GST audit form and discuss with senior and file on timely basis.

3      Reply for all GST Assessments

• Primary gathering information/ details as per GST Assessments.
•  Assessment details matched with GSTR-1, 3B, 9 and prepare reconciliation statement of the same.
•  Prepare draft reply and discuss with Senior to finalise and appear before the officer on timely manner.
• Visit to branches if require for GST assessment

4      Input credit reconciliation and Training to staff

• Prepare reconciliation report for non claimed ITC available on portal to check loss of Input Tax credit of the company and implement measure for reducing the same.
•  Prepare and share the list of defaulter vendors with respective branches and follow up for recovery.
• Evaulate and implement control to avail maximum ITC month on month basis
• Sharing GST updates and provide training to branch accountant and team member for amendment in GST Provision.
