Finance Manager

We are looking to expand rapidly and are looking for a finance manager who will oversee our finance function as we scale.

The person should have ability to manage end to end financial operations within Kennect (accounting, payroll, preparation of financial statements, compliance and other transactions) Key Responsibilities Responsible for quarterly accounting oversight and financial reporting. Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the timely completion of audited financial statements. -. Ensuring timely compliance of income tax and GST related returns and other filings. Coordinate with clients to ensure agreement renewals, payments and issuance of Purchase Orders AP and AR management, ensure timely processing of the invoices and thus timely payments. Invoice clarification including interaction with purchasers, requisitions and/ or vendors and ensuring 100% accuracy of invoices processed. Raising proper queries to business in case of any issues in invoices processing & resolving the issues. Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and GR/ IR accounts. Preparation of MIS for management and liasoning with investors to provide them with required financial data.

Skills and Experience Qualified/ Semi qualified CA/ Finance Manager with minimum of 1 years of experience in book-keeping, tax compliance, audit management, MIS and financial statement preparation Working knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically in Excel, data analysis, and pivot tables. Detail-oriented and organised with strong time management skills
