Domain - Support

Job Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai

Shift - UK Shift (Weekends Off)

Salary - Up to 4.2LPA (Basis Last drawn)

Criteria - Graduate with minimum 1year of experience in HR domain.

Roles & Responsibilities - Handling HR Admin activity.

• Working in a team you will be responsible for working all the HR/Payroll processes depending on whats assigned to you
• To query appropriately in the absence of complete information with the line manager or requestor
• Ensure that work in your personal tray is processed within the client determined TAT
• Do a daily check of pending items to follow up on outstanding
• To raise query with the Leaders appropriately when no replies received on repeated reminders to managers for additional information
• To pick emails proactively from OSC inbox, index them and work on them
• To ensure all relevant cases are processed before cut off, so they are included in the payroll run in a timely manner.
• To keep abreast of daily/ regular updates within the process provided by Team Leaders & received over emails from clients
