RTR Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and record to report (RTR) transactions.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in financial data entry, processing, and reporting.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to journal entries, GL reconciliations, or RTR.
  
• Perform daily tasks such as reviewing balance sheet accounts for accuracy and completeness.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), General Ledger (GL) accounting, Journal Entries & Reconciliation.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
  
• Strong understanding of accountancy principles and practices under IFRS/US GAAP.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel formulas and functions; knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
