Job Description
- Must have EM experience delivery large projects with multiple stakeholders and SI's
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Be the point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Preference for an EM who has delivered Snowflake and/or PowerBI projects
- Knowledge of how data links together from source to data platform to reporting as well as self-service implications on data changes
- Nice to have SAP knowledge
- Must be able to plan a wide implementation of change impacts from S/4 to a non-SAP platform (Snowflake, Power BI and Qlik)
- Knowledge of Data Migration, Master Data Management and Reporting
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to challenge the Axial Teams on dependencies

Enforcing work from office even when we don't have any team in the location. Late evening meetings, random meetings by old colleagues in organisation, no cosideration of women employee limitations.
