 About The Role : 

Business Growth

Working with Sales and Customer to Engage, Position, Win and Grow Semicon VLSI Business

Participating in RFPs and building solution with technical and business team.

Good understanding of Semicon VLSI Market and Semicon Customers Worldwide.

Good to have network with customers like Intel, Qualcomm, AMD, Marvel etc. at Senior Level and Engineering Depts

Delivery Management

Rich Delivery experience and good track record of deliveries to Tier-1, Tier-2 customers.

Experience in handling large ODC Programs, operations management, ability to spearhead ERMs & QBRs for large engagements

Experience & Ability to deliver different business models- fixed term, outcome based, time and material etc

 Primary Skills 

Team Management

Experience to handle Business Unit with 1200+ engineers with aspiration and competency to grow to ~2000+ engineers

Manage Career Progression / Reporting of multiple SMEs

Team Alignment to Customer/Organization Objectives

Financial/Operation KPIs

Delivering to Financial and Operational KPI Budgeted/Targeted for Business Unit.

Smartly manage resources and skill optimization, deployment, skill upgrading + training and resource fungibility within Semicon VLSI

Demonstrate commercial acumen for both technology and client priorities aligned with business growth

 Secondary Skills 

He/She/will have 18 to 25 years of experience in VLSI Design Services and Product engineering with strong delivery and Project management experience. Experience in Complex Semicon IP design and or Full Chip projects delivery will be welcome. People management of large teams in a pyramid for services including deployments and skills management will be a plus.

A Bachelors degree in Electronics engineering as a minimum and MS in Microelectronics is required; MBA is a plus. Self-Motivated, Clear and Business oriented thoughts and actions with orientation to technical outcomes, client satisfaction and sensitivity will be required. Use the intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborativemindset.
