 About The Role : -  

JOB DESCRIPTION SCRUM MASTER

We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced scrum Master with 6-8 years of industry

experience to join our Network Automation team. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving the projects in Network automation / Web application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, establishing and controlling

project constraints and scope.

Maintaining project plan, sequences of activities, resource planning, scheduling, estimating time to market.

Leading the development project team as a scrum team and ensuring team adherence to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team.

Key Skills Required:-

1. Experienced in the delivery of projects in an agile environment.

2. Experienced (preferably certified) Scrum Master, with experience of other project

frameworks such as Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban.

3. Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer services

4. Experience in the use of project tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery (example:JIRA, Rally, Confluence, and MS Project).

5. Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Vision.
