Business Analysis (Capital Markets)

 Job Description 
Work directly with stakeholders to make a note of their goals and problem statements.
Gather, write down and study their business needs and processes.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional specs for technical teams
Collaborate with technology teams to create solutions that solve business problems
Act as a link between business stakeholders and technology teams
Explain complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
Participate in systems and UAT and validation of implemented solutions
Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
