The Opportunity:
Capgemini is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. This is also a key focus area of organization growth. You will be part of Practice team that plays a critical role in pre-sales and delivery transformation through assessments, solution shaping and transformation projects for large multi-year supply chain services engagements.
- Pre-sales: Provide direction and oversight for opportunity assessments, ownership to develop pitch collaterals and detailed solution proposals and presenting to internal and external executives/stakeholders.
- Delivery: Provide leadership, ownership and accountability to drive transformation initiatives and execute high-criticality transformational projects.
- Innovation: Provide thought leadership to build assets and knowledge capital.
Key Skills:
- Functional: Mastery in supply chain planning areas like demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations planning, inventory planning, logistics planning. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of business processes in these areas is a must.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, high-level company financial to identify opportunities, develop insights and prepare business case.
- Technical: User knowledge of any one ERP and best of breed supply chain planning systems like SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Llama soft, E2Open, Anaplan, JDA etc. Good knowledge of MS Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations. Advanced knowledge would be a plus.
- Strong business acumen and execution experience in supply chain process and systems
- Strong decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Very good judgement skills and ability to solve unstructured problems with assumptions.
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies.
- Ability to drive transformational change in the clients organization by liaising with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to roll sleeves
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 12-15 years of experience in supply chain consulting or operations role with proven experience in leading transformation initiatives
- Experience in FMCG/CPG/Retail/Manufacturing industry. Multinational exposure is preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Tier-1 Engineering Colleges preferred)
- MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics /Engineering (preferred)
- Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS (desirable)
