Admission Counsellor

Role & responsibilities:

• Connect with potential students via calls to understand their academic goals and guide them on suitable courses.
• Provide detailed information about UG and PG programs, admission processes, and career prospects.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets by efficiently converting leads into enrollments.
• Build strong relationships with students and working professionals, ensuring they have a seamless enrollment experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and university partnership teams to stay updated on new programs, scholarships, and admission deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 0-2 years in academic counseling, sales, or EdTech (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with students and guide them effectively.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
