Position: Education Admission Counsellor

Location: Noida (Sector 2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counselling:

Counsel potential students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to help them understand course offerings in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack Development. Assess their career goals and recommend suitable programs.

• Sales and Conversions:

Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Effectively communicate the value of Digicromes programs and build a strong rapport with prospective students.

Focus on selling courses specifically in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack Development.

• Follow-ups:

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and answer any queries.

Maintain an updated database of prospects and enrolled students.

• Expertise in Course Content:

Gain in-depth knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack Development courses to provide accurate information to potential students.

• Target Achievement:

Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

• Market Awareness:

Stay updated with trends in the Data Science, AI, and Full-Stack Development industries to provide relevant career advice to students.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Full-Stack
• Development domains (basic knowledge is acceptable but must be willing to learn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets, particularly for courses in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Full-Stack Development.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
