Role & responsibilities:

• Understand their academic needs, career goals, and preferences to guide them toward suitable courses.
• Explain course details, university partnerships, admission procedures, and benefits of the programs offered.
• Respond to leads generated via calls, emails, or online platforms and convert them into admissions.
• Track interactions with students, update their progress, and ensure a smooth follow-up process.
• Work towards achieving individual and team admission goals within deadlines.
• Establish trust with students and working professionals, ensuring a positive counseling experience.
• Keep yourself informed about the latest courses, universities, and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 02 years in selling UG/PG courses. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!
• Ability to build rapport with students and working professionals, instill confidence, and provide clarity
• Goal-driven and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
