Business Development Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leads, converting inquiries into enrollments for UG/PG programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the needs of potential students and recommending suitable courses.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to foster engagement and loyalty.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and educational program highlights to deliver value to clients.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and academic teams to streamline the enrollment process and enhance the student experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales or counseling (EdTech experience is a plus). Freshers with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with students,
• Passion for sales, education, and helping learners achieve their academic goals.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle targets, and drive results.
