HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for end to end recruitments (sourcing, screening and shortlisting CVs from various job portals)
2. Arranging interviews in person, Telephone & Video-conferencing mode
3. To maintain the interview status, update the same in the Companys portal and to the candidates
4. Sourcing from different job portals, employee referrals, social media, etc.
5. Responsible for following up with candidates till joining & onboarding of resources.
6. Working on other HR related and employee engagement activities as & when required.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should have excellent sourcing & screening skills in IT Recruitment.
2. Should have very good communication skills
3. Should be smart & committed to the job
