The atmosphere of the company reflects the nature of the workplace, and there is little opportunity for financial or career advancement. The entire office feels like an old-fashioned home since they won't accept or permit advice and teachings from the younger generation. The company will never mature until elderly individuals are present. New ideas and faces ought to proliferate.

Work overload salary very less she give salary experience and fresher candidate same salary no increment there if you work 2-3 years you will be increment just (500) sorry to say that this reality and when joining cameo after training completing she not provide you (Offer letter, pay slips) if you work more than 1 year he not provide you pay slips and experience letter she mentioned just like a training course completion she not mentioned experienced and what was the position my last salary is 8k sometime he give me 7.5 because i am taken 1 day leave 500 cutoff very worst company highly recommended to search best comapny...Read More

I joined the organisation in 2015 as a front office and resigned, again I joined in 2021 as a front office under the guidance of Kamal sir, in 6 months I got promoted as an admin executive by Kamal sir. Every day in standup meetings he used to teach us how to improve our skills and how to handle the situation of officials and personnel. Many other department female employees shared with me that they want to work in admin under the leadership of kamal sir. He is not only my boss and he is like my father as well. Today i face my life hurdles that's because of training given by kamal sir only.
