Call Center Training Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer at SBI Credit card collection call center located at Chennai, Anna salai. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and ensuring the successful onboarding and knowledge transfer of employees. The Trainer will work closely with various departments to deliver effective training programs.

• Training and Development skills
• Experience in instructional design and delivery
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Any Bachelors degree
