ServiceNow ITSM Developer - HRSD Module (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow features.

- Develop and maintain applications within ITSM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery.

- Perform API integrations with other systems.

- Utilize ATF for automated testing.

- Leverage Integration Hub for seamless integrations.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

- Adhere to Agile development methodologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS.

- Experience with API integrations.

- Hands-on experience with ATF.

- Familiarity with Integration Hub.

- Ability to create technical documentation.

- Strong understanding of Agile principles.

- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
