Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs, an ability to identify opportunities, and a strategic mindset to convert leads into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements.
- Proactively respond to client inquiries and requests, including proposals and follow-ups.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients using CRM tools, Excel, and other platforms.
- Identify potential clients and design effective strategies for lead conversion.
- Leverage market insights to target clients and industries aligned with Corpseed's offerings.
Sales Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Reporting Manager to set sales goals, plan strategies, and forecast growth.
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term business development plans.
- Regularly review and refine strategies to meet targets and enhance sales effectiveness.
Market & Industry Knowledge:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Corpseed's service portfolio, including regulatory compliance services (e.g., BIS, ISI, CDSCO, FSSAI).
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and client needs to provide value-driven solutions.
Presentation & Negotiation:
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Corpseed's capabilities.
- Engage in effective negotiations to close deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in compliance or service-based industries.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Focus: Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Analytical Skills: Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and database management tools.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
