Job Description

Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Based in Mumbai, the BDE is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and generating leads that contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing the companys visibility within the market and is essential for the achievement of sales targets. As part of a results-driven team, the BDE will leverage their expertise in market analysis, sales processes, and customer engagement to fulfill the organizations objectives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to driving revenue growth and will be expected to adapt to the fast-paced environment in Mumbai s dynamic business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and generate strategic leads through market research.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase service offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to establish industry connections.
  • Analyze performance data to develop strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Set and achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and participate in training sessions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
