The Restaurant Growth Manager is the No.1 leader. The Restaurant Growth Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.

Role & responsibilities

Handling day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Maintain food quality standards of Restaurants.

Responsible for better execution of all its processes in the store

To oversee all point of sales activities in the restaurant, tracking customer orders & payments, registering sales & maintaining inventory updates.

To help the Restaurant Manager to make P&L a/c getting food cost.

A proven track record of significant improvements in operation quality and customer delight while reducing cost and managing teams & achieving targets.

Take customer feedback and If possible, work towards rectification & provide timely feedback to H.O. to steer & maneuver strategies.

Minimum 12th or Graduate (Any Stream) or 3 yrs Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with min 4 yrs of work experience wherein 1 yr at Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Growth Manager role
