Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing training to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance.
Implement performance improvement strategies as needed.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6years of proven experience in inside sales management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
