Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership.
• Handle office administration, including vendor and pantry management, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workplace.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings.
• Plan and execute company events, including offsites, team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and festive gatherings.
