Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Gurgaon and Delhi outlets with below expectations.

Managing operations: Overseeing the restaurant's daily operations to ensure smooth service. This includes opening and closing the restaurant.
Staff management: Hiring, training, and mentoring new staff members. This also includes assigning tables to waitstaff, creating schedules, and resolving staff conflicts.
Customer service: Greeting guests, managing complaints, and ensuring service satisfaction.
Food quality: Ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards. This includes supervising food production, approving ingredients, and tasting food samples.
Financial management: Supporting the general manager with financial management tasks, such as recording income and expenses, and balancing cash registers.
Health and safety: Ensuring the restaurant follows health and safety regulations. This includes maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring the restaurant follows quality assurance rules and regulations.
Menu development: Participating in menu development.
Reservations: Helping guests make reservations and choosing seats.
Inventory: Calculating inventory and equipment needs and placing orders.
Feedback: Gathering feedback from guests and finding ways to improve the dining experience.
