Job Description

Position: Guest Relations Executive
Location: Ahmedabad , Gujarat


Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the guest experience. The role involves welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality to create a positive and lasting impression.


Key Responsibilities:


Guest Experience & Customer Service:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and service-related concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling complaints and ensuring swift resolution.
  • Offer personalized services and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with various departments (housekeeping, F&B, reservations) to meet guest expectations.
  • Maintain updated records of guest preferences, feedback, and special requests.
  • Ensure all VIP and special guests receive personalized attention.
  • Manage reservations, appointments, and follow up on guest requests efficiently.

Communication & Problem Solving:

  • Respond promptly to guest emails, calls, and messages regarding bookings or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain detailed logs of guest feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
  • Prepare daily reports on guest interactions and concerns for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar customer service or hospitality role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a guest-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (if applicable).
  • Fluency in [specify languages required].

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
