Sr Analyst - Command Centre (Monitoring)

EXPERIENCE: 6 to 83 Years

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Experience in Network and Cloud Infra Monitoring.
• Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure. (Preferably AWS)
• Exposure on Solarwinds and Cloudwatch will be an extra advantage.
• Understanding of ITIL processes will be an extra advantage.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Strong Leadership and mentoring abilities
