1- monitoring trials url availability as per shift
2- grafana tool monitoring for cpu and application server drive issue
3- health checks performing and customer update
4- checking trials synchronisation in golden gate refresh sheets and raising tickets with dba's for same.
5- open search tool monitoring for any number of hits .
6. ITIL process knowledge
7. Have worked on production environment
