Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

In charge of the end-to-end creation and delivery of marketing videos, including but not limited to the following:

Video Production:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content that aligns with the marketing teams objectives.
• Handle all aspects of post-production, including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content ideas.

Content Adaptation:

• Tailor video content for different platforms, ensuring optimal format, resolution, and engagement metrics.
• Repurpose existing footage to create new content, as needed.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all video content meets brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh and relevant styles into projects.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including production teams and freelance contributors.

Marketing Communication Collaterals:

• Design and produce marketing communication materials, such as brochures, social media graphics, and infographics.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure all collaterals align with brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages.

Liaise with stakeholders and team to establish the requirements and deliver within specified timelines

› Define and implement, under leadership of Assistant/Deputy Manager, complete governance and monitoring
process for the deliverables – making and following-up actions plans

› Proactive communication and escalation as deemed necessary

› Achieve strong video performance metrics (views, likes, shares)
while incorporating stakeholder feedback effectively

› Deliver high-quality videos on time, adhering to brand standards and maintaining optimal editing efficiency

› Adherence to & take ownership of overall delivery – quality, responsiveness and timeliness

› Strict adherence to monitoring and escalation guidelines

› Complaints, Incident & Risk management and mitigation

› Error free published

› Compliance with internal (BV) and external (ACCREDITATION BODY) guidelines, policies, procedures.

› Internal and external customer service satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

› Masters or Graduate.; Any specialization

› At least 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing video production

› Professional certification in video production is a plus

› Strong understanding of video production trends and technologies, including 4K and VR/AR content.

› Knowledge of branding and marketing principles to align video content with business goals.

Office located in Chakala with 5 days working in rotational shifts.
