Job Summary:

BSC Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is actively hiring for two positions of Accounts Receivable and MIS

(Management Information System) Accountant to manage accounts receivables, process

invoicing, and prepare periodic management reports. The ideal candidate will have strong

accounting skills, experience in handling accounts receivable functions, and proficiency in MIS

reporting for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

• Accounts Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable, ensuring

that all transactions are recorded correctly and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

• Debtor Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile debtor accounts to ensure outstanding

balances are accurate and follow up for timely payments.

• Creditor Reconciliation: Assist with the reconciliation of creditor accounts as necessary

to ensure the companys financial position is accurate.

• Party Reconciliation: Ensure all party accounts (clients, suppliers, vendors) are

reconciled and discrepancies are resolved.

• Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy and prepare

journal entries as needed for accounts receivable transactions.

MIS Reporting:

• Prepare Ageing Reports to analyze outstanding accounts and provide management with

insights on overdue payments.

• Monitor and manage the Cash Flow Statements to track incoming cash from receivables

and support financial planning.

• Support month-end closing by preparing and posting journal entries related to accounts

receivable.

• Generate and analyze monthly/quarterly financial reports, such as revenue, expense

reports, cash flow, etc.

• Design and develop customized accounts reports for various departments to aid in

business decisions.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the reporting process.
• Track and report on budget versus actuals for different projects and departments.
• Monitor and review the accuracy of financial data entered into the MIS system.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master is a plus)
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable management

and financial reporting, preferably within the manufacturing or trading company.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Experience in developing and presenting financial reports to senior management
