Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catalogue Manager to oversee and optimize our product catalogue across various e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, catalogue management principles, and Amazon's specific requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and engaging product listings that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create & Maintain Product Catalogues:
• Ensure data accuracy (titles, descriptions, specs, pricing).
• Implement data governance standards.
• Manage catalogue across multiple platforms.
• Optimize Product Listings (Amazon focus):
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO.
• Write compelling product descriptions.
• Optimize product images and videos.
• Manage Amazon Catalogue (A+ content, etc.):
• Utilize Amazon Seller Central tools.
• Manage A+ content, Brand Stores.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Analyze Data & Report on Performance:
• Track conversion rates, search rankings.
• Generate performance reports.
• Use data to inform optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Teams & Suppliers:
• Work with marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Obtain accurate data from suppliers.
• Work with customer service to resolve product information issues.
• Support Inventory Management:
• Verify product listing stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with inventory team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce catalogue management.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon listing optimization.
• Proficiency in product data management and catalogue systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with image editing software is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
