Renumeration: CSP INR 10.65 -11.98 Lakhs / Annum

Role Details:
Purpose of the role
The Team Leader Data & Insights (TLDI) is responsible for analyzing and visualizing data to identify trends and attribution to the results. The TLDI will be accountable for analyzing all forms of data, review and interpretation, prepare reports with reflection of charts, graphs and infographics etc. and visualizing it through Power BI and other tools. Responsible for research/study design and internal evaluation of Brooke India in coordination with SPLPP and HSPPS.

Qualification and Experience
Essential
1. Bachelor of Engineering/Computer science or equivalent specialization in Maths / Statistics / Finance / Business/Rural Management/information systems/ Postgraduate diploma with study of these specialities
2. 5 years relevant work experience in programme/project monitoring & evaluation and/or data management, analysis and visualization
3. Experience of collecting, compiling & analysing data from various databases & performing statistical analyses
4. Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, R, Python, SPSS or STATA software
5. Experience of training and building capacity of programme staff on data analysis, data management and related topics
6. Experience in designing and implementing process improvement initiatives related to data collection, analysis or presentation
7. Experience in Project Management Systems
8. Have love for animals and be willing to work for their welfare
Desirable

1. Excellent/Advanced computer skills
2. Ability to produce high quality reports and effectively present information, respond and follow up on questions
3. Ability to organize and prioritize work and maintain detailed records
4. Ability to work with minimal direction; must be a self-starter
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English & Hindi
6. Ability to travel extensively in field areas
