Job Description
- Responsible for Implementing H S policies of the company across all female employees and ensure health and safety compliance
- Responsible for on time-in full Manpower availability in the respective shifts to meet the production targets for the Shift
- Ensure the Female employees output productivity efficiency with product quality is maximised by implementing the effective process and projects along with Shift executives/ Officers
- Responsible for Re-Skilling / Up skilling by identifying the Skill gap of the Female employees in the shop floor
- Over all responsible for all female employees attendance MIS report (Management information System)
- Responsible for Manpower allocation in every shift with out affecting the production, effective monitoring / reduction unauthorised Absenteeism and Dropouts
- Responsible for daily bases grievance handling and reporting to line managers for effective resolution of the Grievances on time
