Position: Governance Associate
Location: Noida (Uttar Pradesh)
Renumeration: CSP INR 4.99 - 5.62 Lakhs / Annum

Role Details:
Purpose of the Role:
To manage the administration of the office of the CEO and GB Directors and assist the SPLGC .
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Manage administrative affairs and logistics of the CEO and the GB members.
2. Prepare documentation, for travel, itineraries, advances, claims etc of the CEO and Directors and visitors or prepare any other document required by the CEO/GB members including the monthly expenditure statement incurred out from the Corporate Credit card of the CEO and furnish it to the finance department and ensure it is sent to the Chairperson GB for approval.
3. Assist the CEO is preparation GB Meeting documentation, minuting, responses to queries etc
4. Organising SLT/SMT and other meetings as and when CEO may require and taking notes and writing minutes during such meetings
5. As and when required support to SMT, in terms of organising meetings, travel and hotel bookings for them and visitors.
6. Assist SPLGC in maintaining all documentation related to company affairs including KYC of Company and directors, DSC, and all related Registrar of Companies correspondence with the assistance of the Company Secretary
7. Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO.

Qualification and Experience
Essential
1. Graduate degree from reputed institute with 5+ years of experience at appropriate level of similar organisation / Those who have at least 10 years experience office superintendent or Personal secretary in a large organisation to executive level staff shall be given educational waiver.
2. Experience of working as personal secretary / assistant to senior executives
3. Motivated, well-organised self-starting individual comfortable at multitasking
4. Uncompromising integrity and accountability
5. Proficient drafting and IT skills, particularly with Excel spreadsheets, word processing, web browsing, email etc
6. Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi and good interpersonal skills
7. Have love for animals
Desirable
1. Experience in all areas of administration and financial accounting and familiar with computerized and manual accounting systems
