Job Description:

Big4 has been mandated to recruit an experienced Project Manager with expertise in banking fraud management and project delivery within the retail global banking sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead fraud-related projects within the retail global banking domain.

2.End-to-end project management from initiation to execution, ensuring timely delivery.

3.Work in an Agile environment, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.

4.Manage RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and handle escalation management.

5.Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.

6.Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Key Requirements:

1.Btech + MBA with 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking fraud domain.

2.Strong Agile delivery experience in banking projects (Mandatory).

3.Stakeholder management expertise, including senior leadership engagement.

4.Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

5.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
