About the Role:
- We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Manager - CHRO to work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of our Housing Finance organization.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to drive key HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and act as a bridge between the CHRO and other business functions.
- The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate with 2-4 years of experience in HR strategy, talent management, or business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support to the CHRO:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO, assisting in decision-making, planning, and execution of HR strategies.
- Support the CHRO in preparing strategic presentations, reports, and updates for senior management and the board.
HR Program Management:
- Oversee the execution of critical HR projects, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational restructuring.
- Track progress, ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives, and provide regular updates to the CHRO.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the HR function and other departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive collaboration to ensure seamless implementation of HR policies and practices across the organization.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Assist in designing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and processes to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in collaboration with the HR compliance team.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
- Support initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Work on projects related to diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employer branding.
Administrative and Operational Support:
- Manage the CHRO's schedule, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CHRO.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institute.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR strategy, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in handling data and using tools like Excel and HR analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
