Sales Manager -Data Annotation


About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Data Annotation to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in the data annotation industry.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data annotation services across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver high performance and achieve team goals.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.

- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, deal closure, and account management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Experience:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the data annotation industry.

- Proven expertise in industry-specific sales, account management, and building long-term client partnerships.
