Manager - Junior & Senior Accountant - Manufacturing (2-4 yrs)

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Account Manager-Junior & Senior Accountant for a Trading & Manufacturing company for a Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura Delhi Location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

i. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

ii. Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

iii. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

iv. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

2. Accounts Payable/Receivable:

i. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

ii. Manage vendor and customer relationships regarding financial transactions.

3. General Ledger Management:

i. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

ii. Ensure accurate and timely posting of journal entries.

iii. Conduct regular reviews of account balances and perform necessary adjustments.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:

i. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

ii. Monitor budget variances and provide analysis to management.

5. Tax Compliance:

i. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.

ii. Assist in the preparation and submission of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

6. Audit Support:

i. Coordinate with external auditors during audits.

ii. Prepare necessary documentation and reports for audit purposes.

7. Team Management:

i. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

ii. Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

i. Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of experience in payrolling, maintaining books, petty cash, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

ii. Experience in Accounting ,team handling in alignment.

iii. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

iv. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel.

v. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

vi. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

vii. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

viii. Immediate Joiners will be highly preferred.
