Big4 has been mandated to recruit a Project Manager - Digital Transformation (North Star - GCB 5) role for one of the top accounting organization.

Job Title: Project Manager - Digital Transformation (North Star - GCB 5)

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Pune & Bangalore

Domain: Global Banking Only

Notice Period: 30-40 Days

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead digital transformation initiatives within the Global Banking sector.

2. Drive project governance, execution, and risk management.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic banking transformation projects.

4. Engage with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals.

5. Manage large-scale project roadmaps and deliverables efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Education: BTech + MBA (Mandatory)

2. Experience: 5+ years in non- technical Digital Transformation, with a strong Global Banking background.

3. Proven experience in Digital Transformation within Global Banking.

4. Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

5. Expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks.

6. Key skills: Project Manager, Digital transformation, stakeholder management, banking.

7. Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
