Project Manager - Transformation - FMCG - IIMs, SPJain, Jamuna Lal, FMS, ISB

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive execution of key business projects in partnership with cross functional teams through detailed planning of activities, creation of execution roadmap and track against milestones.

- Drive adoption of Agile methodology and ensure regular adherence to planning, check-in and review checkpoints.

- Facilitate identifying and planning key business acceleration projects and structuring frameworks for business scenarios.

- Develop and maintain key dashboards to track performance across all relevant lead & lag KPIs.

- Leverage data & analytics to support business teams in root-cause analysis, planning and prioritization.

- Collaborate across a wide spectrum of business stakeholders and ensure prompt decision-making by preparing teams for pre-discussions in terms of data gathering, collation, analysis & presentation. Compile & track all agreements.

- Drive closure of active projects/ action items by guiding teams, engaging stakeholders & following up and reviewing with top management.

- Ensure business governance by preparing & assisting in monthly and quarterly reviews of business teams, evaluating weekly track of KPIs, achievement against plans and reporting of results.

- Plan & schedule monthly calendar across key business activities, aligning with all stakeholders.
