Head Group Ecosystem - Senior role for a leading NBFC part of a larger conglomerate

Job Description:

- Looking for a Senior resource for a leading NBFC with digital presence, part of a large Indian multinational conglomerate having presence in varied sectors including, textiles, paints, cement among others.

1) Opportunity is to lead the internal ecosystem of the group & working on end to end market strategy by leveraging the opportunity of employees, customers, vendors / distributors and Points of sales.

2) This is a P&L role with clear deliverables on revenue & the profile will involve working on GTM strategy, meeting the CXO's, making differential product proposition, working on product strategy etc.

3) Looking for a Corporate banker or private banker from a top private sector or MNC bank.

4) 15-17 years' experience from a Category A business school.

5) Hiring candidate high on executive presence with a pre requisite for B2B sales.

6) Will lead a team.
