Job Profile / Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for heading the Sales & Revenue Operations for core business, Pre-Terms & Post-Terms funnel for organisation.
- Managing the team, comprising of Loan-Specialists, Acceptance Sales Analysts, Fin-Ops analysts and Team managers.
- Analyzing and monitoring the funnel performance and conversions.
- Delivering and maintaining required Interest rates Pricing, Cross-Sell, Fee Management, Insurance, ROA and other commercials.
- Managing Incentives and performance levels of Team members across the span.
- Maintaining required business distribution among Co-Lenders.
- Supporting business further through Operations sourcing and maintaining CAC (COCA).
- Working closely with lead generation verticals of Direct Marketing, Channel Partners and Existing Business.
- Cross-functional working in tandem with Tech, Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Disbursement teams.
- Sales Planning & Strategy, Team building & Management, Sales Conversion, Product adoption & training.
- Increasing Manpower Productivity through Tech Interventions, Automation and by driving operational excellence
- Owning the AOP targets of the core business.
