- Building the investment module of the upcoming D2C Super App from scratch by leading a team of developers, designers, and PMs and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Defined an Omnichannel Product Strategy and Roadmap for the investment module of the super app by researching market opportunities, identifying customer segments, establishing value propositions, and obtaining buy-in from Senior Management.
- Implemented the Next Best Offer feature in the customer portal, app and chatbot which generates 1000+ organic cross-sell leads per month
