We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts, specifically D-Mart and Reliance Retail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, building relationships, and executing growth strategies for high-performing FMCG brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management: Take complete ownership of managing relationships with D-Mart and Reliance Retail across assigned regions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for these accounts, driving collaborative business planning and joint growth initiatives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Negotiate annual business plans, terms of trade, and marketing activations with key accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Lead Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts to achieve mutual growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and address gaps.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and product launches in collaboration with marketing teams.
Key Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry.
- Must have handled D-Mart and Reliance Retail accounts extensively.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
