Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Take the lead in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Event Coordination:
- Plan and oversee the execution of brand events, launches, and other promotional activities.
- Manage event logistics and ensure seamless delivery.
3. Brand Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the brand's image and voice.
- Propose innovative ideas to strengthen brand positioning globally.
4. Content Creation and Coordination:
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative projects.
- Work with production teams, photographers, and stylists to deliver high-quality content.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team and external partners to ensure alignment on projects.
- Be proactive in taking ownership of key tasks and stepping into leadership roles as needed.
6. Performance Monitoring:
- Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
- Contribute to regular updates and reports for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand development, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with events, campaigns, and content production.
- Creative mindset and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
