Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of the luxury eCommerce industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving online growth, building brand equity, and engaging affluent customer segments across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the luxury eCommerce market.
- Define performance metrics and KPIs aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, etc.).
- Leverage programmatic advertising and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
SEO and Content Marketing:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, brand-appropriate content targeting luxury consumers.
Data-Driven Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance and market trends using analytics tools.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve ROI.
Customer Experience and Engagement:
- Ensure a seamless user experience by collaborating with design and UX teams.
- Develop personalized marketing initiatives, including retargeting campaigns and email marketing, for UHNI (Ultra High Net Worth Individual) audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with merchandising, operations, and technology teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with inventory and logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury fashion eCommerce sector.
- A deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or eCommerce (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot).
- Experience working with high-end or luxury brands.
- Familiarity with emerging digital platforms and trends in the luxury space.
