Exciting Opportunity: Lead Our Commercial Leasing Team!

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial office and retail Leasing Closing & Sourcing Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the Sourcing & closing process for commercial leasing transactions, ensuring successful negotiations and optimal deal terms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate sales, a strong track record of sourcing & closing deals, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the closing process for commercial office leasing and retail leasing transactions, ensuring that all agreements are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and brokers, providing exceptional service throughout the leasing process.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable outcomes while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Manage and mentor the sourcing & closing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to develop effective closing strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams, including leasing agents, property management, and legal, to ensure alignment and streamline the closing process.
• Monitor and report on closing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
• Gather and analyse client feedback to refine processes and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial office and retail leasing or real estate sales, with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing agreements and negotiation tactics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
