Stipend: 20-25k

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in the hiring process and exposure to recruitment strategies in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
• Support employer branding efforts through social media and job postings.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and documentation processes.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
