Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar field.
At least 1-year of working experience in software development sourcing.
At least 1 year experience as talent acquisition in human resources with employment in recruitment/sourcing/marketing background preferred.
Sound knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Familiarity working in a fast-moving, dynamic working environment/industry.
Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Worked with multiple sourcing platforms like Local Job Portals, LinkedIN and others.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities
Assisting the hiring manager or senior officer with recruitment duties.
Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
Ensures regular endorsement of candidates to the hiring manager for review.
Regularly communicates hiring updates to the TA Director or Senior Officer.
Participate in candidate sourcing from various platforms.
Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure to meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position.
Performs other duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for his/her personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors. This includes, but shall not be limited to paper- and phone screening, making call-outs, scheduling candidates etc.
Ensures that data in requested spreadsheets / Talend for the tracking of the hiring process are timely and accurately updated.
Utilizes the data gathered / reports generated, experience gained to establish recommendations to improve the process.
